At Present Various awards are conferred in order to encourage the teaching community and also to recognize their professional competence and achievement in the field of education at various levels and the following awards are presented:

Presently the State / Regional Awardees are awarded with a cash prize of Rs.10,000/-, a certificate and Rs.10,000/- cash award instead of 8 gms of gold medal on the occasion of Teachers day of every year.
HONOURING THE EMINENT TEACHERS AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL
Two National Level Awards are granted to eminent teachers one at Primary level another at Secondary level with a cash award of Rs.25,000/- and a silver medal each and a citation. And the awards are presented by the president of India on the occasion of Teachers day 5th September , of every year at New Delhi.
Two National level Awardees of previous year are honoured on the occasion of Present Teachers day with a cash award of Rs.10,000/- and a shawl.
